1. Choose the message you need
Listen briefly to check that you have the right recording and that you are allowed to share it. The bot accepts recordings from 30 seconds to 3 hours and up to 250 MiB. A very short voice note below the minimum is not eligible.
2. Forward it to the bot
Open Audio to Text in Telegram and press Start. Return to the original voice message, choose Forward and select the bot chat. If forwarding is unavailable, use an audio file that you are permitted to send. Do not try to bypass restrictions on another person’s content.
3. Choose the spoken language
Select the language actually spoken in the recording. This is separate from the bot interface: you can use an English interface while transcribing Russian or Ukrainian speech. Follow the options shown by the bot.
4. Check a sample before paying
When your sample allowance is available, request up to 60 seconds. Each user can request at most 1 per day and 3 in total. Check names, quiet words and numbers. A clear sample is useful, but does not guarantee the same quality in every later part of a recording.
5. Pay for the recording and keep the DOCX
The price is 40 Stars per started 20 minutes. A 10-minute voice message costs 40 Stars; a 31-minute recording costs 80 Stars. The sample duration is included in the billed total. After processing, save the Word document from the bot chat.
Before you share the transcript
Review important wording against the audio, especially names, dates and amounts. Use the approximate timestamps to find the right part, allowing some margin. Keep the original recording until you finish checking. For technical problems or questions about your data, send /support in the bot.
