1. Inspect the recording
Play the MP3 locally to make sure it contains audible speech. Check its duration and size in your file manager or audio player. The limits are 250 MiB and 30 seconds to 3 hours. Keep the original file as a reference.
2. Send the actual file
Open the bot and attach the MP3 from your device. Send the audio file itself, rather than a link to a storage service. Select the language spoken in the recording, independently of the interface language. The bot will guide you through its available actions.
3. Evaluate the free sample
If available, request a sample of up to 60 seconds. The allowance is 1 per day and 3 in total per user. Look for missing words, background voices and terminology that may need correction. For poor recordings, a sample can help you decide whether the result will be useful.
4. Check the full-recording price
Each started 20-minute block costs 40 Stars. For example, 20:00 costs 40 Stars, while 20:01 costs 80. A 60-minute recording costs 120 Stars. You pay for the entire recording, including the sampled portion.
5. Open and edit the Word file
After processing, download the DOCX from the Telegram chat and open it in Word or another editor that supports DOCX. Review names and technical terms, then organise the text for your own use. The document includes approximate timestamps to help you check a passage against the recording.
When something does not work
Check the file limits and the language you selected. If processing fails, contact /support in the bot; refunds for technical failures follow the bot’s terms. Do not repeatedly pay for the same failed job without checking its status. This site does not receive or process your audio.
